Ram Van Gaman Path Private Limited. (“RVGPPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on March 03, 2023 for implementation of the Project “Construction of 4-Lane green field highway from km. 35.00 to 49.155 of NH -731A with paved shoulder on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the state of Uttar Pradesh”.
S&P Infrastructure Developers Private Limited (SPIDPL) controls 51% of the equity interest in RVGPPL and Sunny Infraproject Private Limited (SIPL), controls 49% of the equity interest in RVGPPL.
Total Length of Project i.e., 14.155 Km of NH-731A (Autarpur and Singraur). The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (MoRTH) on 17.01.2023 and Agreement was signed on 03.03.2023 and Appointed Date was declared on 30.10.2023.
